Water Treatment Plant
High-purity water generation for industrial and commercial applications
What is This System?
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove ions, molecules, and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property.
Our RO plants are engineered to deliver high-purity water by removing up to 99% of dissolved salts, particles, organics, bacteria, and pyrogens from the feed water.
The system works by applying pressure to push water through the membrane, leaving contaminants behind which are then flushed to drain. This process requires minimal chemical usage and is energy efficient.
Industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, power plants, and electronics rely on RO systems for their critical water purification needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
RO membranes typically last 3-5 years with proper pretreatment and maintenance. Regular cleaning and monitoring can extend their life.
Pretreatment usually includes sediment filtration, carbon filtration, and sometimes water softening to protect the RO membranes from scaling and fouling.
Modern RO systems have recovery rates of 50-75%, meaning 25-50% is rejected water. This can be recycled for non-potable applications to reduce waste.
Regular maintenance includes membrane cleaning, filter replacement, pump servicing, and calibration of instruments. Automated systems reduce manual maintenance needs.
Yes, RO systems are designed to handle TDS up to 10,000 ppm. For higher TDS water, specialized systems or multiple stages may be required.
